Make your club
The Tuesday Girls, the golf lot, the works reunion. A club stays together all year: Benidorm in May, the spa day in August, the Christmas do.

Set the money once
Cost per person, deposit, then instalments: “£25 a month, January to May”. The way a big trip actually gets paid for.

Everyone gets their own link
Sent by you, in the group WhatsApp. No app, no password, no account. Their page shows what they owe, and they pay however suits them: month by month, settle the lot in one go, or hand you cash as always. Card money goes straight into your bank, cash gets ticked off, and the board stays honest either way.

The chasing stops being your job
One glance shows who’s paid. Polite reminders send themselves, so nobody’s cross with you, and you’re never the one asking Barbara about the £40. Again.
And the rest of the faff, too
- One trip page: hotel, travel times, the lot. The same question stops being asked four times in the group chat.
- The rooming list: who’s sharing with whom, settled in writing.
- A printed itinerary: a paper copy in the handbag beats squinting at a phone.
- Passport nudges: warned months before anyone’s out-of-date passport ruins the trip.
